My takeaways and what I learned

⏰
As my first work experience in the corporate world, I learned a lot in only 12 weeks. During this time, I was assigned three different projects which made it crucial for me to learn how to prioritize and plan my time for each project carefully.
One major learning was how to work with multiple stakeholders. Throughout the internship, I worked with UX researchers, UX writers, project managers, and software engineers. Including different stakeholders in the design process proved to me to be valuable for determining needs, creating a shared understanding, aligning everyone on the same page, and delivering better user outcomes faster.
While designing the homepage card concepts, I learned the importance of making cards more than just informative. Having interactive cards that have alternate purposes helps increases user engagement with the card.
